Arzoo Patel

Arzoo Patel, PT, DPT

Founder & Physiotherapist

Pelvic Health, Pediatric & Orthopedic Care

With more than 15 years of physiotherapy experience, Arzoo Patel brings extensive clinical knowledge, warmth, and a deeply compassionate approach to every person and family she supports.

Arzoo earned her Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree in India in 2010, establishing the foundation for her diverse clinical career. Building upon her years of education and hands-on experience, she completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at the University of Montana in 2024.

Throughout her career, Arzoo has cared for both pediatric and adult patients across a broad range of clinical settings. Her experience includes infant and childhood development, orthopedic and neurological conditions, sports injuries, and rehabilitation before and after surgery. This diverse background shapes her comprehensive, whole-person approach to physiotherapy.

She is especially passionate about supporting women through every chapter of life — from menstrual and pelvic health to fertility, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. She also has extensive experience working with infants and children, as well as individuals recovering from sports injuries and orthopedic surgeries.

Arzoo believes that meaningful care begins with listening. She takes time to understand each person’s concerns, explain their condition clearly, and involve them in decisions about their goals and care. Her calm presence, warm personality, and approachable nature help patients feel comfortable, respected, and understood.

A lifelong learner, Arzoo continues to advance her knowledge through professional education in pelvic health, pediatrics, orthopedic rehabilitation, TMJ care, movement assessment, and related areas of physiotherapy practice.

Outside the clinic, Arzoo is joyfully embracing a beautiful new chapter of motherhood with her firstborn, who is almost six months old as of September 2026. She also enjoys mommy-and-baby Pilates, meditating, learning new skills, exploring different foods, and taking the scenic route whenever possible.
